ISH 2025 Highlights: Fresh Trends & Timberline’s Take
Attending ISH 2025 in Frankfurt was an incredible experience! As one of the leading trade shows for bathroom design, it was great to be back, discovering the latest trends and gathering inspiration for Timberline’s upcoming collections.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, one of the world’s leading trade shows for bathroom design and innovation. It was fantastic to be back, soaking in the latest trends and gathering fresh inspiration for Timberline’s future collections.
Here’s a rundown of what we saw – and how you can bring these trends to life in your space.
Colour: Bold & Beautiful
Colour made a huge impact at ISH this year, with bright hues and strong, deep pastels stealing the show. If you love this look, Timberline’s custom paint options allow for endless possibilities to achieve vibrant, on-trend finishes on your bathroom cabinetry.

Fluting & Ribbed Designs Still Going Strong
Textured surfaces continue to be a standout, and vertical fluting was a big feature across many displays. This detail can be easily introduced with our routed-front vanities like Elwood, Emmett, Henley, Saba, and Santos.
Fluting in all its glory! Vertical textures continue to shine, adding depth and texture to any bathroom design.
A Shift in Vanity Cabinet Shapes
While soft, curved forms have been popular in recent years, we noticed fewer large-radius corners on vanity cabinets this time around. Instead, clean lines and defined edges are taking centre stage, offering a sleek and modern aesthetic.
Clean lines and defined edges are reclaiming their place, bringing a sleek, modern aesthetic that never truly went out of style.
All-Drawer Vanities Dominating
Maximising storage and functionality, all-drawer vanities were a strong feature at ISH 2025. This design trend continues to gain traction for its practicality and clean-lined look, providing efficient storage solutions for modern bathrooms. Be sure to check out Timberline’s large range of all-drawer options, including the Nevada Plus, Grange, Oxbow, and many more.
With seamless fronts and deep drawers, all-drawer vanities keep bathroom essentials organised while maintaining a modern aesthetic.
Mirrors: Curves & Asymmetry
Mirrors continued to make a statement, with plenty of curved and asymmetrical designs on display. If you’re looking to embrace this trend, check out our curved mirrors like Church, Jazz Arch, Melody, Oxford, and Portland.
Soft curves and bold asymmetry continue to shine! Paired with surround lighting, these mirrors create a striking focal point in any space.
Tapware Trends: Shapes Over Shades
While tapware seemed to dominate much of the show, there wasn’t much movement in terms of new colours. Surprisingly, gunmetal and black finishes were far less prominent than in previous years. Instead, asymmetrical shapes and sustainability-focused designs were the key themes.
